Jason Snape is from New York state.
He was raised on Nonsense, feeding on
Snape and Orcutt silliness,
Python and the Marx Brothers,
Pooh Bear and Sid Fleischman,
Roald Dahl and the Phantom Tollbooth.

Despite this, he has
degrees in environmental and graphic design
and a thesis on humor.
He reads books and fills sketchbooks.
He has built houses and scaped land.
He has been a designer for large internet firms
and small design studios.
He has written children’s books,
and created games,
and taught design and illustration.
He has slowly begun to think
that he might be an artist.
Now drawings from sketchbooks
have somewhere to live,
somewhere to go…

Snape’s Ridiculorum is a wildlife preserve
for Nonsense, where it can appear
and mature (or not) and wander around a bit,
nap and chase other Nonsense,
and generally enjoy itself
before returning back to the world
to find its own little niche to live in.

That’s where you come in:
Thank you for giving Nonsense a
good home.
